Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of chocolates, we unfortunately cannot accept returns once the product is delivered.
  • However, if you receive a wrong item, damaged product, or melted due to transit mishandling, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds / Replacements

  • In cases of wrong product dispatch, damage, or quality issue, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund as per your preference.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days once approved.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by us.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders once processed cannot be cancelled as chocolates are made fresh in small batches.
  • If cancellation is requested before dispatch, we may refund the amount after deducting applicable processing fees.

How to Raise a Request

  • Write to us at [your support email] within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Attach order details (Order ID, Name, Contact Number) along with photos of the product/package.
  • Our team will review and get back to you within 48 hours.

Important Notes

  • Store chocolates in a cool & dry place (18–22°C) to maintain freshness.
  • We are not responsible for issues caused by improper storage after delivery.
  • Customer satisfaction is our priority – we promise to handle every genuine case with care and fairness.
